The Shimano Ultegra RD-R8000 11-speed rear derailleur reduces the operating forces on the lever and works reliably, quickly and precisely. The two versions with short and long derailleur arms give you the choice between a smaller gear range for flat terrain or a larger gear range with a reserve for steeper roads. The Shadow RD design makes the rear derailleur more compact and ensures greater shifting stability. It is also closer to the frame, which provides better protection for the component.
